At Fire & Flour Pizzeria, we want every pizza night to be perfect. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds, replacements, or store credits may be issued for orders placed in store, by phone at +39 081 234 5678, or online via blueprairieledger.sbs. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement when:
- Wrong item delivered (e.g., different size, crust, or toppings than ordered).
- Missing items (such as sides, sauces, desserts, or juices drinks like juice or lemonade).
- Quality concerns, such as significantly burnt, underbaked, cold on arrival, or damaged during transport.
- Order not delivered within the quoted time and not received after reasonable follow-up.
Report issues promptly: for delivery and pickup, within 2 hours of receiving the order; for dine-in, before leaving the table. We may request the order number, photos of the item and packaging, and the full name used for the order to verify the issue.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after preparation or when most of the item has been consumed.
- Customized pizzas or special-order items once preparation has started.
- Orders not picked up within the stated pickup window and prepared as requested.
- Promotional bundles where part of the bundle is consumed or missing items cannot be verified.
- Orders placed through third-party platforms when their policies require you to request support through them first.
Cancellations and Modifications
We begin preparing pizzas promptly. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately at +39 081 234 5678. If preparation has not started, we will cancel or modify at no charge. For scheduled orders, cancellations are typically permitted up to 30 minutes before the requested time. Once cooking begins, cancellation may not be possible, and charges may apply.
Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in €. Processing times vary by provider and may take 3–10 business days after approval. If the original method cannot accept a refund, we may offer store credit or a replacement of equal value. Cash payments made in store may be refunded in cash at our location.
Replacements and Store Credit
In many cases, we can remake your pizza, replace missing items, or provide store credit in €. If a replacement is declined or not feasible (e.g., kitchen closed), we may issue a partial or full refund depending on the issue.

- Order number and date.
- Your name and contact phone.
- Items affected and a brief description of the issue.
- Photos of the product and packaging, when applicable.

Allergies and Dietary Notes
We take allergies seriously and offer options such as no-cheese, gluten-friendly crusts, and ingredient substitutions. However, cross-contact may occur in a shared kitchen. If you clearly communicated an allergy or dietary instruction in the order and we failed to follow it, we will replace or refund the affected item.
Third-Party Orders
If you ordered through a third-party delivery service, their terms may govern refunds. Please contact them first as required by their policy. We will cooperate with them to investigate and resolve your request.
Pricing or Promotion Errors
In the event of a pricing or promotional error, we may cancel the order and provide a full refund or honor the correct price, at our discretion and subject to applicable law.

We strive to deliver hot, fresh pizzas, salads, sides, desserts, and refreshing beverages every time. If we fall short, we will make it right in line with this Policy. Nothing here limits your rights under local consumer laws in Italy.
